A total city gal Angela was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario.
Angela has felt indifferent and unsure about firearms for many years until she met her boyfriend Gavin (Ragnarok Tactical / Canadian Patriot Podcast). He was an avid firearms owner with a passion to show the unsure and scared that firearms were nothing to fear. After seeing each other for a month he asked her if she would like to go out for a range day. She agreed and from the first time she shot a gun she was hooked!
Angela then started to go out on range days as much as she could. Waking up early with excitement to get out to the range. She found that her days spent on the range would calm her and quite the craziness of the world around her, something she liked a lot. With time she started to notice that females were few and far between at the range and she wanted to create something where she could encourage and empower women to get out and enjoy the shooting sports.
That was when she created Baby Goes Pew Pew. It started as a personal blog to show women out there that they could do it, love it and have fun! Her little blog turned into more of a movement, she had found her place in the firearms community and was so excited to be a woman in a male-dominated field showing other women that they could do it.
Through her range days, she learned that she loved long range shooting. She has participated in the CRPS (Canadian Rimfire Precision Series) and is looking forward to doing so again.
She completed her safety courses and has obtained her PAL and RPAL. She has purchased her first rifle (Savage Arms MARK II FVSR) and has first handgun (Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0).
She is currently a Brand Ambassador for Ragnarok Tactical and JUST HUNT! She is also a Feild Officer for the Canadian Coalition for Firearms Rights and is Miss October in the 2018 Gunnie Girl Calendar (to help raise money for the CCFR's Female Program) for the CCFR.
There is no stopping her, she has great hopes and dreams in regards to her future in the firearms community.
